($99 Virus Removal Guidelines)

• We scan your desktop or lapop with 3 different high level scanners & it can take up to 8 hours to finish
• We don't recommend using the FREE antivirus programs like AVG, AVAST, etc. but better to have than nothing at all
• We DO highly recommend a commercial program like Norton or Kaspersky - which we have for $39 plus tax
• We cannot quarantee that we can remove 100% of any virus, malware, adware, etc. from your system
• Some viruses can still hide and become undetected by our scanners
  
• In some very small cases, (due to virus corruption), we will have no choice but to restore your entire system*
• Even afer our removal software and tools reports a successful removal, and there appears to be no signs
  of a virus, there is a slight chance that your system could still have some type of a "Stealth" (undetectable) virus. However, we have NEVER had any customer return (shortly after our virus removal) saying that their computer still has an infection.

*If we have to do this, for $79 we will restore your system back to it's original factory state (as when first purchased). It will load all of the trial software that came with your system. We will also need to back up your data files and folders as well. We can do this service for $89 or transfer these files to your own external hard drive for $69. We will also need to download, install and configure (depending upon your OS) about < > 107 Microsoft updates, patches and security files immediatly after we restore your system. If not, your system could become compromised again with more viruses. We can provide this service as well for $49. We also suggest installing a commerical type of antivirus software like PC World's magazine+ number 1 rated Norton antivirus (as of 2/11) for $39 plus tax and $29 to install and update. +PC World magazine is a trademark of PC World. Restore bundle total would be $217 ($89 - data backup, $79 - Windows reload, and $49 install current Microsoft updates, patches, Adobe Reader, Flash Player, Java, etc.)
