Remote Computer Support
We can offer remote computer support to any customers who: (1) their issue is not hardware or boot-up related and (2) has a good working Internet connection. Our customers use this service often because it saves them both time and money by not having to come to our office.
It's as easy as 1-2-3...Once you and our Technician are both ready to start a remote support session:
1- CLICK HERE TO INITIATE IMMEDIATE REMOTE SUPPORT
2- Call us at 757-689-2889 to get your session ID pin code
3- Enter the session ID pin code and click the join session button; then follow last few steps
Note: We offer this service at a flat rate of only $79 that is billed only after you are 100% satisfied. Other fees may apply if needed to resolve your issue; like adding security software, etc. If we cannot resolve remotely, customers may still need to bring their computer into our office.

Door to Door Service
Let us come from our office (located at 3720 Holland Road) to your condo, apartment, home or business in Virginia Beach (Example: from our office to the ocean front is 10 miles).
We will pick-up, repair and return your laptop, desktop, Mac or cracked iPad\iPhone for a $30 round-trip travel fee (or $15 each way\$1.50 per mile) plus the labor cost to fix your equipment.
Note: You can also have us pick-up or drop off (1-way) for $15. Call our office anytime at 689-2889 to schedule a pick-up date or for more details. Our pick-up hours are between 9am - 10am and return hours are from 6pm - 7pm Monday thru Friday. The complete turn-around time is based on our Technicians work load. For computers, we generally can diagnose and sometimes fix the same day (depending on whether we have to order any parts to fix your equipment).

Do you just have a quick technical or general question or issue about your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone?
If so, the "Computer Doctors" are available to try and answer your question by clicking on our Facebook page and posting it. Note: At times, if your question is too technical we may need to actually see your computer or device in order to better assess.

Do you have a question or need help after our normal business hours? Our chat line is available Monday - Friday 6pm - 10pm and Saturday and Sundays 10am - 2pm. After those designated hours, you can still leave a message and someone will get back with you as soon as possible. You can always bring your troubled laptop, Mac, tablet, smartphone or even desktop (to our office as pictured) anytime Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm or Saturday 10am - 2pm (during winter hours). Walk-ins are welcome, appointments are NOT neccessary, there are never any wait times, your system will be checked-in immediately and you will be given a FREE written estimate. Depending upon what time you bring it in and how busy we are, we may be able to diagnose your computer the same day.

On-Site Support - Commercial and Residential
We offer on-site support to our residential and commercial customers. This is the only time an advance appointment will be necessary. When you call our office, we can generally have one of our Technicians on-site in about 24 hours or less. The exact time will depend upon when you call and our current schedule. We only offer same day emergency On-site services to our commercial or contract customers.

Technical Phone Support
We offer in-depth technical phone support that is normally charged* at a minimum of 15-minute increments. This is generally still much less than those other phone support service companies.
*Basic - quick questions will never be charged. For all new customers, your first 1-year of calls are all free.
