We have been providing professional technical support & services (both In-house and On-site) for homes and businesses through-out Hampton Roads since 1997. **Same day service is available, if computer or laptop is brought in when we first open at 10am (or by an advanced appointment) and as long as additional parts or software is not needed to resolve your issue. It will also depend upon how busy we are with regard to having room on our Tech. bench. If for any reason, we need to reload/restore the operating system, client should also have their restore disks at the same time their computer or laptop is dropped off (for same day service).
